A forth degree wave is permitted to break 0-2 line once and some times twice.
In the sample of AVE we can observe this elliott parameter in evolution at the right time now.
She can obviously make a false break till 4.66/70 or not but not below.
And then to proceed upwards to fifth wave counting first target at the top and second 7.20.
